I'd go with Provins on this one. I had the same bow and draw weight, started using 11/32 and 5" fletchings, but they dropped too quick after being shot. Changed to 5/16 100 grain and 4", arrows shoot fine and the change in shaft, fletch and pile didn't seem to make any difference.
