A couple of things to consider;
Your new limbs are almost certainly better than your old ones, this will make some difference.
You *know* that your new limbs are better than your old ones - this will make a significant difference.
And it could be that your arrows are a better match to your new limbs than your old ones (this doesn't have much to do with the tuning)...
Part of it could be "new toy syndrome". It happens that you buy a new piece of kit, and your shooting improves. Trouble is, it doesn't always last...
It doesn't just happen at your level. A guy at the club bought himself a new Matrix/G3 limbs put it together and without tuning shot a Portsmouth round for the hell of it - cue a new PB (586...). It's unlikely to be the limbs as he was shooting FX before to a high 570/low 580s level...
