Did you talk to the shop before you attempted to repair the bow? as Far as I am aware from the forum any guarantee is Via the retailer and that should be the first port of call, though unless it was them that attempted to drill a hole in the riser they are not going to be very interested.
I am guessing you are not going to find a riser for sale, you may be better buying a similar bow that way at least you have other spare parts from the first bow.
If you post which Limbs and Cams you have here as well as the Model and year, someone may tell you if they fit other models or years in the hoyt line-up you may have more luck if you are not just looking for 1 riser.
