Do the tillering suggested by Bald Eagle, and when you next raise the bow before you draw, make sure the sight is above the gold, (red or even blue.)
Then draw as normally as you can, trying to keep the sight somewhere above the gold until you get to your references and settle. Then lower the sight to the gold and aim more seriously. That should help.
