They don't do the same thing.
Spin Wings react like normal vanes, they are just lighter. (Having testing grouping at long range with Spin WIngs vs FFPs the group sizes stay the same. A 1320+ recurve archer I know has done the same test and found the same)
Quickspins however will spin faster than Spin Wings, however this is not always a good thing. You will see a vast speed decrease after 70m+ and this will leave to a decrease in downrange velocity, something your certainly want to avoid (in fact the opposite is preferred)
I use the Quickspins indoors cause they look cool, but they have not given me extra points.
