| Seems like I'm forever changing or altering fiber optics in my outdoor rig.
Using a lighter, bring the optic up to the side of the flame......not in. Watch it REAL closly, and you'll see it gloss over. Done.
If the optic is too small, hold it there for a second, and it'll mushroom a bit on the end making it bigger.
