I tend to agree with this, I find with the compound that the key is in the set-up. If the alignment is correct in the set-up the shot will flow without effort (including pulling over 50# peak on a hard cam). I think the correct alignment must promote less tension in the shot- when I have a good shot I feel very relaxed- including the bow shoulder.
