| International Limb Pockets
Hi All, I'm sure there is an answer. My club is still shut so no one to ask until Sunday so I hope someone can answer a stupid question. I have been learnig on a KAP Suprise and have bought a second-hand Hoyt GM riser and a set of Petron limbs, from someone else, believing that they will work together. The limbs arrived in the post this morning (many thanks Dave) and I quickly tried them together before coming to work Bow goes together well enough, but there is quite a lot of movement of the limbs in the pockets, but not having put together a bow with international limbs I don't know if this is expected, if I'm missing something with the riser, or if I'm missing something all togther (like a brain). Looking into the limb pockets I can see an oblong shaped metal socket and the adjusting screw, the limbs seem to go all the way home, with the sprung pin in the right place, but grabing the limb tips and moving them in the direction of the shot I get a lot of movement at the limb base. Help please.
