The restaurant we'd deal with has very good food and would mean that no one has to give up shooting time to deal with food as the restaurant will lay it out and clean up afterwards. Also remember that if you went to a pub or restaurant, you'd likely pay the same amount for lunch. Some people are coming from long distances and staying in hotels and may not be able to provide their usual homecooked food for
AIUK spreads as many of us have experienced at the local shoots.
One more thing...I think the menus aren't set in stone. Just there to give an example.
