As a single resource the Mayflower Archers listing is the best one I know, mainly because it includes entry forms and results sheets.

In theory the GNAS tournament diary should met all requirement but that does depend on tournament organisers using it.
If it was organised in a Calendar format like AIUK then that would be an improvement.
