Plus you have a heavy pile which will weaken the dynamic spine so you might need 430's

You must weigh the limbs at your draw length and try some stiffer arrows to see which can be tuned.

Lots of great advice and stuff to think about. Thank you.

The limbs are straight. The nocked arrow is aligned as it should be. The limbs are marked up at 40lbs. A crude weighing earlier today with the club bow scales showed 45 pounds on the fingers. I do not use an extended clicker so 30 inches is to the front face of the bow (side where log rod attachment is present). Fletchings are rubbing on the opposite side (between the button and the nocking point - belly of the bow??).

I have downloaded the Easton arrow selection program and at 45 pounds it sees the Nav 540 are ok, but if I go to 46 lb then the spine changes.
