Why do you say that? It all depends on whether your cams happen to have holes and things in the right place, but in principle, rotate the cams by stressing the string and you can work on the string, rotate them by stressing the cables and you can work on the cables.
Now, how good an idea it is to use use a Redneck Bowpress at all is another matter....
