The key with choking is to remind yourself that you are in that situation alot because you rock and this is what you do. When you have shot 9 straight 30's on a Vegas round it is easy to panic, but you need to teach yourself that you will shoot another 30 because it's what you do.
Same with the leader board. Get on the board and you must tell yourself "I am on the board because that's where I belong, where else would I be?" and then forget it and concentrate on executing that next shot.
