Question advice please.....

Sorry I've not been back for a while, but I've been pretty poorly.

I've had two strokes since last September - the first one was so mild that they missed it; I never mentioned the slight weakness down my right side, thinking I had maybe trapped a nerve.

The second one was two weeks ago and was quite a bit worse. I'm getting better, but the weakness is worse. Also my brain, what there is of it, doesn't work too well. I can think alright, but the way it comes out isn't always right apparently.

I wondered if there is something I can do to improve the strength in my right arm? My bow is....well, I can't remember, but I'm sure it's on here somehwere. But I remember its pretty srong to pull.

So I was wondering if there is something I can to get better on the pulling thing? I have to be fairly careful as they say I should rest a bit and I do sleep a lot.

Anyway, enough waffle - I hope this makes some snese to you as it does to me. Hope you can help as I am bound and determined NOT to give up my archery. I want to get back to it asap.
