Glad to hear you getting better,
I dislocated my left shoulder kayaking and had to rebuild muscle and strength in my bow arm. I was shooting a 34 lb recurve and used a Powerball and stretchy bands and a 2 litre coke bottle full of sand as a weight to do reps with. Took around 2 months until i could shoot fine again with my 34lb recurve.
Try whats best for you but dont over do it, Try talking to a doctor or a trainer at a gym or a physio for some proffessional advice if your still unsure.
