Click on the User CP link in the menu above.
Click Group Memberships on the left menu (under Miscellaneous)
Find your club and click the button with Join Group next to it.
Your request to join the group will be checked by the group leader.

When (and if) your request is verified, you will find your club's forum in the Club Forums section of the main forum page.
