I don't know for Navs. Those pins were specifically designed for the Navs, as opposed to being demanded by the public and so hastily produced for the ACE (or so I recall reading somewhere?).
You're right for G-nocks (drill them out afterwards), I know a fair few compounds that shoot ACEs with G-nocks because there's a chance the shaft will survive... |
