Other options- Play with nocking pont/rest height or play with the sping tension on the rest. If the tension is too high it may be flicking the arrow up. Also you may have clearence issues. Check for similar fletching damage and any colouring around the arrow shelf and arrow rest the same colour of your fletchings. However I think it may be you nocking point causeing the point to hit low from the nock. Left tare? If moving centre shot doesnt change it then I dont know what to suggest.
