Thank Adam i am off to archery as soon a the post comes just waiting for my new Amber Release aid to come. I will proberly put my original launcher back on the rest and set the spring tension lighter. i have got it on no 10 at the moment which is a bit stiff. I allways thought that if my laucher on the rest went down a bit it would alter where the arrow hits the target, i must have it wrong.
