That would be far too sensible.
I think records and calssifications are rather decoupled. While it is easy to award extra medals, or records...to devise a whole new set of classification levels would be highly contentious.
I think Bare Bow recurve archers have to be content with winning their class at tournaments, and putting up with lower classifications, until they can badger GNAS in to it.
