During the winter I only shoot on wednesday nights which is the indoor club night and then at weekends if the weather ain't too bad. Each session is about 2-3 hrs, maybe more if i'm not feeling too tired.
You can definately over do it though, when I first started last summer I was shooting every day in the afternoons/early evenings. Got to my first comp that I had been practising for and was a spent force

. I couldn't understand why I shot so bad but it was just down to the fact that I was physically and mentally tired.
Will probably do the same this summer though...
