It can sometimes come from the arrow rest position and the button position.

When the arrow is sitting on the rest, it should contact the button either smac bang in the middle of the button, or 1/2mm high.

If it is too low, then when the arrow flys into the button then the shape of the button tip can force the arrow into the arrow rest.

If the button is too far in or out, then a similar effect can happen.

Worth checking, then do the nocking point. My nock is 3/8" above square which is 10mm.

It can also depend on finger presure on the string.

Another factor can be if the top finger is resting on the arrow, and bending it down. Belive me this can happen to quite a lot, and can lead to the arrow being forced in to the rest.
