I bet a lot of longbow archers get as much satisfaction creating a longbow as they do shooting it. Given the time I would love to do the same. I love making arrows my self. Shooting them is of secondary importance. Footed arrows are a thing of beauty, can't make them as yet. Not a clue how to do it. One day I may have a go.
