From the easton guide, you want arrows from group T6, or possibly T7.

That means a 620 thu 520 ACE @ 6.3 - 6.7 grains per inch
or 540 - 610 NAV @ 7.4 grs / inch
or 3L-18 - 3-18 ACC @ 7.5 - 7.8 grs / inch

So the ACE is significanly lighter. The Nav & ACE are similar, but with the NAV you can use a 90 - 100 gr pile like ACE's, but with the ACC they are more like 60-70 gr like X7's

Someone please step in at this point, as I have only shot ACE's for years.

Basically with a aluminium arrow, you are trying to shoot a balanced shaft, i.e. Like a Javalin.

With a carbon arrow you are more like a hammer, i.e. large weight up front with bit dangling behind
