Yeah I told him a girly had owned them before and what they had won! But as you know with boys of this age it just went in flowed down the river of thought and over the waterfall to never be thought of again. Sadly the spin fletchings didnt last very long he was destroying them at a rate of 3 a session. We've got rid of that particular problem now by sorting his release and have gone over to plastifletch! If he remembers whats been said to him he shouldn't destroy these too quickly! Im trying to put a shot routine together that he will remember and one that stops him leaning backwards when at full draw. If he stands tall and shoot slightly slower than he is at the moment he shoots beautifully. But he has just started and needs to find his way. Little reminders every now and again help and dont hinder his fun.
