how many turns make a pound?

I have just upgraded from acc arrows to aces. I was pulling 34 pounds with my old arrows and the arrow length is 27.5 inches not including the pile. I have bought 850 aces, but after trying to tune them by adjusting bow weight they are still a bit weak. They shoot very good groups at 20 yards ( four fletched shafts in the compound ten ring, two bare shafts in the ten at the right) but the bare shafts won't come further left. I would like to know how many turns of the limb bolts make a pound, as I can't feel much difference after one and a quarter turns (on each limb), but someone at my club said that amounts to five pounds. That much of a weight reduction has not affected where the bare shafts go, so I can't believe it is five pounds, especially as I can't feel much of a difference and my sight marks at 50 yards are roughly the same as before. The bow is a matrix 25 inch riser, with G3 limbs, the ones that make a 66" bow overall.
