Different fletchings are just there to look pretty. Arrows need fletchings, but the design is really personal preference until you start shooting high MB/GMB.
I like K-vanes as they have a proper foot which means you stick them on just like normal vanes, but they crumple easily and then have to be re-fletched as they can't be rejuvenated.
Spinwings can easily be straightened again using a finger nail or steam, but aren't as resilient as plastic vanes.
Ideally i'd like a spinwing with a proper foot, but I doubt it'll ever happen.
