No, wraps are a gimmick! They aren't needed, add weight to your arrows and make things harder rather than easier when refletching.
TBH Clicki, if your not hitting the boss every time, you'll end up re-fletching every night as they don't like grass (I don't know how you shoot).
Don't know about Plastimax never heard of them.
