For the icons and medals go to the front page on the left side there's a navigation box, at the bottom it should have an "
AIUK Awards" link. (The icons need updating with a couple of the recent shoots).
For the bolds and different colours have a look at View Forum Leaders which can be found above the What's Going On box on the main forum page.
