Its best to use the manufacturer's recommended range and find the brace height thats best for your bow. If you don't have any, a rough guide would be..

for 68" 8.25"-9.5"
for 66" 8.00"-9.25"

The best brace height would be the one that produces the quietest shot. Not sure if the brace height will change if you switch limbs, but you might need to tune the brace height again if you change limbs.(someone confirm this)

Also, remember to check the brace height of your bow everytime you string up your bow and not just once in awhile. If the brace height is too low, twist and tighten the string. Do the opposite if its too high.
