W&W generally post quite a wide range for their limbs.
For example short limbs on a 25 inch handle (66" bow) they give 20.5cm to 23cm
For the medium limbs (68" bow) about a cm higher IIRC.

Now given that the Mizar is a 23 inch handle... Has your wife got a 66" bow (medium limbs) or a 64" bow (short limbs)? The fine print on the limbs should tell you which - if they give a weight figure for 64 and 66 inches, then they are short limbs. If they give figures for 66 and 68 inches then they are medium limbs. If they only give one weight figure and length then you *probably* need to knock 2 inches off that length to arrive at the actual bow length. That depends on whther you have limbs which were made to go with a 23 inch handle or not (mostly not).

The reason for going through all this: the Bracing height ranges go with bow length, not limb length, or weight.

That said, they are just a starting point, and it generally takes some experimentation to find the best setting for each individual.
