I have a Spigarelli standard which is really good. I could maybe wish for a slightly more precise way to measure the offset for the vanes, but it's very consistent and stable and dead easy to use.

I've heard that the Cartel is a decent copy of the Spigarelli, but the difference in price wasn't so big so I got the Spig instead. Also, we have an older Cartel at the club (most likely NOT the more recent model folks have recommended above) that is severly battle-scarred and almost impossible to use, so I didn't want to take the chance. And no, I wasn't trying to use it nekkid...
