I am pretty sure that
GNAS DO allow National Records for Long Metric shot during a FITA, the current Compound U/L record is held by Chris White, shot at the Norwich double FITA star in 2003.
I was thinking when I first registered for the
VGP that I might have to shoot this one as part of a FITA, however by some fluke all the rounds for the
VGP coincide with my club's monthly handicap shoots,

so there are usually plenty of people practicing for the appropriate round.
