Hi, I noted that and have tried it on my last couple of practices - found it was good as it made me think a bit more about my line and I actively formed my stance with each arrow rather than just stand there - instant improvement on groups and scores - may well be that it forced me to work on my form at a greater level of awareness rather than it gave me stability but hey it worked for me !
