I have Considered getting one and learning the trade on several occaisions- but when the cost of a high quality custom string is less than half that of One decent arrow..I'm quite prepared to have one made properly!

And the thought of what could happen if I screw it up.....well ..um...

Ok- maybe I'll now ask for details of the best book to learn from, I've no probs re-serving them etc - just reckon it's pretty cost effective to have a pro produce something that quite honestly - my personal (and others) safety depends on!
