| the arrow cutting thing won't effect your tune to any noticeable degree, might mess your head up more than your tune, people worry far to much about tuning, I had to cut 5/8th off my arrows when I swapped from Ex-feel to finally the Nexus via the Matrix, also a warning that if you extend your arrow plate and not the clicker fixing point the clicker angle will be too severe, this can, if your button is on the week side and the clicker tension strong lead to the arrow being pushed down into the rest and also actually compressing the plunger, so when the clicker clicks the arrow tends to lift off the rest and the arrows being projected off from the button before you even let go of the string.
