Do the tiller checks and set it as advised.See if that cures it. If not,add weights to the end of the long rod until the upwards kick is eliminated. When you have reached that situation, it might be worth checking how much weight was needed. If it is far more than the weight used by others shooting equipment that is much the same, it could be worth exploring further.
