Hiya,

Not that I'm trying to keep you from crossing over, but if your current poundage is causing you pain, have you thought of taking a little off the poundage first, to see if that clears it up? Could be as simple as that, not that I'd know, but people have mentioned to me that a few pounds can really make the difference. I'm still on 32# atm after a year, and I'm almost glad I've not tried too much too soon.

You could then build strength back up again, and grow accustomed to it, perhaps?
