Is anyone a member of a Club that runs a Competition just for it's members.
What I'm think of here is a way of getting my fellow club members to improve their scores over several months when we go indoors. Shooting a FITA 18/Portsmouth. Maybe in a monthly league style or something like that.
I want it to be very simple and easy to work that even the Juniors could figure out who the winner/s are and not have to bury my head in the handicap tables. Also I don't mean who has shot the highest score either as I am trying to get all archers to improve and their's nothing more dishearting to archers than the same person winning over and over again.
Sorry for the rant at the end folks, I know if your good, your good.I just want everyone on a level playing field so to speak so they bust their own PB's.
Any info would be a great help.
