This Internal Club Competition is to, hopefully, help every Club member bust their PB's. You need to read my post again and you will see that this is what I'm trying to achieve. Our top archer would beat everyone in the Club by 50+ points if it was highest score wins ,which would make any Competition pointless to fellow Club members. But if everyone had to bust their own personal best to win or obtain a certain high score to get a medal/badge would they not be competing against themselves?

Result : - Everyone improves (hopefully)

I like the idea that GingerGeneCarrier had of 'Highest % improvement on first score' Thanks for that idea.

Also a fellow Archer contacted me to say that one club(he has no idea who) give out medals if you beat say 500 then you got another one if 525 or whatever. Anyone know anything about this???

Keep the info coming Folks
