| There's no such round as a frostbite so that question is academic - yes I know we all shoot them but it isn't a 'real' round.
I was almost certain that FITA allowed their indoor rounds to be shot outside but not their outdoor rounds inside. On the other hand I've no idea where I heard that or if it's correct. If true it would then fair for you to have an indoor classification and handicap for the indoor round shot outside. Our club does it this way for records anyway, but that's a local decision.
