If I'm going to have a sauce, I prefer salsa or ketchup with my scrambled eggs, which I prefer dry, not wet, and I don't like them all bitty. I like them with an almost omelet texture.
Hmm, brown sauce on eggs. I think the only one I'd try is
Heinz 57 Sauce, which is marketed as steak sauce, but is more like spicy ketchup. Don't think Heinz sells it in the UK, though.
