If you do a search you will find some info on this already on this site, im sure of it, but let me try to put out my thoughts on the 2 limbs.

The Winex is the smoother and feels lighter of the 2 limbs. I know the Winex is fast but so is the Samick. However the samick is reported to feel stiffer to draw. This is what gives it it's speed. Its not cos the limb is stiff for a bad reason. The design of the limb makes it feel more solid compared to the Samick. To be honest each of the big three, Extreme's,winex and G3 are pretty much a muchness. They are all different in deifferent area's. However im sure someone with more knowledge of these limbs will come in and correct/add on to my comment.

Now if you bring the new INNO limbs into the battle its not contest. james from Linecutter did a comparison test with INNO's and extremes. The INNO's were about 7fps faster on average than the equivalent extreme. With the INNO's you can believe the hype.
