I assume you meant you know all about benefits of "metal" risers as opposed to "steel" risers? To the best of my knowledge no-one makes a steel riser.
If you're interested in a transition bow from your longbow you could look at one of these
TradTech Archery - TradTech Pinnacle Riser and the associated limbs. Not a target bow in the traditional sense, but they look like fun.
