| I'd never had any coaching at all, not even a beginners course, until I decided earlier this year to train as a coach myself. During this course I've had tips off quite a few experienced coaches and the fellow course candidates. Nothing that would amount to a proper coaching relationship, but some very welcome advice. Only trouble is, being a coach has had a negative effect on my own shooting, so I've not been able to put this advice to use!
Anyway, there's a coaching weekend at Wetherby on the weekend of the 3rd and 4th of November. It's open to all Yorkshire archers - I don't know whether it's open to others. I've signed up and should finally get a serious coaching session. |
