Hello fellow compounders. Considering I will be shooting super thin X10's this season I was wondering about the launcher platform. I use a spoon type launcher that fits the X10 shaft perfectly, however the fletches are very close together due the small size of the shaft. What is the optimum shape of launcher for this type of shaft? As it is now I wonder if the back end of the shaft will kick the launcher too much...what happens to the back end of a compound arrow anyway, is it any where near the launcher will it's on it's way, does the nocking point influence launcher clearance?Any thoughts? Is it better to use a drop away rest?
