Never shall I cross their threshold again. We used them about 6 years ago and after the tests I needed new glasses again. Picked them up and I couldn't focus correctly but they said stick at it they may take a week or two to adjust to as the perscription had changed.
After a week of headaches and blurred vision I went back and they checked them over and said it was me as specs were fine. So I went back to the old ones and went back a week later and saw someone else who came back 5 minutes later looking very embarrassed. They'd fitted the lenses left in right and right in left for a lot of people not a problem but as I have a prism on each lense....
