| Been there, done that, shooting compound. Even when you do get the elbow sorted this time, you will have to face the possibility that the injury will come back unless you take positive steps to prevent it.
A friend of mine at Euston recently had a similar problem, a dyed in the wool recurve archer who until a while ago swore blind that he would never turn to the dark side. For the last two seasons he has been having joint problems ( resting getting fit and then shooting for a while til it came back) and his interest in archery dropped of to the point at which he hardly shoot at all. His wife became so P****d off with him being miserable about not neing able to shoot she told him to get a new compound and go and shoot it.
