Your elbow problem will only get worse unless given a rest for a while, but you could try going to the Doc.He/she might cure it by a steroid injection, which is painful but very effective and almost instant. Your shooting cannot improve while you have this in mind when shooting. Good luck!- by the way, it can be cured permanently, so don't worry too much.
