Aw! what ? - miss archery? Take a break? let every ligament and sinew return to non-shooting length and every archery specific muscle forget its proper use?...have to 'learn' to shoot again? awwww!
Or face steroid or cortisone injections in whats now the tenderest part of my whole body?...those big, big mama needles!!! owwww!
Or buy a 'bionic' bow that I'll have to draw through an even bigger peak weight?- god forbid I should have to let down! eeeek!
Or shoot lightweight carbons outside in the wind, to achieve a bit more distance? mmmm ...not ideal either.
An array of 'uncomfortable' options, I don't really fancy any - but then Sense would seem to dictate taking one of them as bullheaded arrogance and failure to accept the situation isn't getting me where I want to be either.

I still fancy grabbing some limbs that have a bit more speed to them at the shorter drawlength though - I'll try to force myself to do a bit less till I get some....but I'll go spare if I dont shoot a few arrows at least!

So apart from sticking to Borders- which have proved to have the speed- or at least the needed amount of 'snap' ( or energy transfer) earlier in the draw can anyone recommend a limb to do the same or similar job?

Borderbows- please feel free to say 'nay laddie, there's nay such beastie I ken... try these ones I've just put in the post for yi, and we'll trade off your success and rave reviews, your undying loyalty and promotion of our gear - against the value of em...' the archers dream!

Or I guess I'm looking for winnex's in a 66inch...maybe the new Hoyt's...Im open to offers............... ( yeah - dreaming again....zzz)
